Cory Davies, AIA Assoc.

       Cory Davies Consulting & Design was founded in 2024, offering a range of specialty consulting services tailored to Architects, Engineers & Building Owners.  Cory began his career in 2012 working on Residential Architecture in Westchester County, New York.  In 2015, he migrated to New York City to work closely with Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Attorneys as a Designer and Senior Project Manager.  He assisted in office leadership and award-winning new building developments.

       Cory understands the complexities of navigating Building Codes and Zoning Regulations, especially in New York City.  He brings over a decade of experience working with Loft Board (IMD) Buildings, Landmarked Buildings, code compliance interpretation, process management and bringing projects to the finish line.  His ability to restructure tangled problems into smooth workflows allows his clients to simplify the process and focus on their goals.
